Hi! Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the late response. You can build medic in a military factory, at least for the moment. After that there will be the hospital :) If you don't have enough resources, check that you have money (more than 100) and food (more than 5), as well as available workers.

This game is great but can't find a walkthrough. How do I get a medic? Keeps saying I dont have enough resources.
